Coastal humidity does the damage. We just undo it.
Flagler County sits on the Atlantic coast, where relative humidity stays high for most of the year. That moisture never fully leaves porous surfaces like stucco, concrete tile and paver joints, and it feeds the algae and mildew that show up as black streaking, green haze and dull, chalky paint. Add sprinkler overspray from an irrigation well, common on Palm Coast lots, and you get orange rust staining layered on top of the biological growth. Two different problems, two different treatments, one visit.
We don't pressure blast any of it off. High pressure strips paint, cracks aging stucco, and can void a shingle manufacturer's warranty outright. We use low-pressure application with a cleaning solution formulated for the surface, then a controlled rinse. The dirt comes off. The house doesn't.
